POLICIES
Alcoholic Beverages
As they are at all courses, the sale and consumption of alcoholic beverages at Manitou Passage are regulated. Guests should leave coolers and all beverages at home or in their vehicles. Beverages are available in the clubhouse and there are coolers on the carts.
Guests who appear to be intoxicated will not be served additional alcoholic beverages. If their behavior is offensive they will be asked to leave without refund. Management will arrange alternate transportation if requested. Failure to comply will result in action by public law enforcement officers.
Attire
Whether golfing, dining or enjoying refreshments on the patio, our guests wear comfortable and tasteful golf attire.
Inappropriate dress includes blue jeans, cut-offs, cargo pants, sweat pants, athletic shorts, t-shirts, tank tops, muscle shirts, sweatshirts, halter tops, fishnet tops and shorts ending more than four inches above the knees.
Carts
Due to steep and long paths between holes, golf carts are required for all golfers.
Carts are restricted to the paved paths on all par 3 holes and where paths are roped off (generally holes 2, 4 and 8). For your own safety you are strongly encouraged to respect the ropes
Cart operators must have a valid driver's license. Guests assume responsibility for carts while in their possession.
Cellular Phones
As a courtesy to others, cellular phones are not to be used in the clubhouse.

Each player is required to have his or her own set of clubs. To accommodate guests without clubs, we rent high quality full sets for a reasonable fee.

Groups
All group outings and tournaments with 16 or more players will be subject to a written agreement. To arrange, visit the golf shop.
Pace of Play
Experienced golfers name "slow play" as a serious issue, especially at better golf courses. Our experience has shown that 4 1/2 hours is adequate to comfortably complete 18 holes at Manitou Passage. That amount of time has been established as the "pace of play." Our staff will attempt to resolve slow play issues as they occur.
Twosomes and single golfers should be satisfied with our "pace of play" and not "press" or request to "play through" groups that are on pace.
Golfers not proceeding directly from No 9 to No 10 should check with a Player Assistant prior to continuing.
Prices
Greens fees for individuals and outings are on this site as are food and beverage prices. Prices do not include state or local taxes that are now or may become applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Rain Checks
During inclement weather conditions, cancellations will be accepted until the time of play. If the golf shop closes the course, rain checks will be given in accordance with the Rain Check Policy; neither cash nor charges will be refunded. Visit Rain Check Policy or call the Golf Shop for details.
Reservations & Cancellations
Tee times are encouraged and can be made at any time during the year when guaranteed with American Express, Discover, MasterCard or Visa. Notice of cancellation must be received 48 hours in advance or the full rate will be charged.
Shoes
Soft spike or soft-soled golf shoes are allowed; steel spike golf shoes and any other type of athletic shoes are not.
Smoking
Smoking is not permitted in the clubhouse. This ban includes cigarettes, cigars, pipes and oral tobaccos. Golfers who plan to smoke in the cart are asked to obtain an ashtray from the cart staff and use it to protect the environment. Golfers who wish to smoke outside of the clubhouse will find an area between the 18th green and the clubhouse that's been set aside and furnished for them.
